The quick Life update:
- Jai jai and I have been in Phoenix for over a month!
- We will be staying in the desert until Springtime
- Desert sunrises and sunsets are such a delight (pics below)
- The Sun-Thurs groove: teaching group classes, working with people 1-on-1 and facilitating journeys for people with Mindbloom.
- Sunday and Tuesday classes will continue in 2024. See dates below
