We are feeling incredibly grateful to have an ALTAR/a sacred space where we can gather together, dry off, warm-up and intentionally connect in with all the parts of ourselves. It is such a wonderful feeling to enter Altar, feel the warmth, smell the smells and settle into a space of presence together. These colder, shorter days call for more introspection. Movement is a wonderful doorway into connecting more deeply with yourself and all you desire and need. Thank you for joining us weekly, sharing in this experience of taking care of ourselves from the inside out.
