::UPDATES:: LIVE STREAM + IN PERSON

Hello Beloved Community—

During this time we encourage you to find a variety practices and techniques that contribute to your Whole Self Health. We are hopeful that this experience will bring the best out of our community and remind us how interconnected we all are. We want ALTAR to be a sanctuary for you during this time. We are stepping up our response to this health crisis in accordance with recommendations from the City and County Health Department.

In addition to deep cleaning multiple times a day and the precautions we were already taking, we are also moving forward with these measures:

1) Please bring your own mats and props. We still have mats and props if you need to borrow them but, please sanitize before and after use. If you would like to purchase a mat and props for your home and personal use, we have a limited supply and are placing an order on Monday for more. We will sell these items at a discounted rate this month. 

2) We are taking a break from hands on assists.

3) Small classes. We are limiting classes to 8 people per class in accordance with the CDC. 

4) LIVE STREAM. Live stream classes began this morning and will continue. Simply sign-up as you would for a regular class at www.altarmovementstudio.com/schedule  and we will send you login information & details for Zoom.  ** Remember the most user friendly way to find classes, purchase credits etc. is via our phone app. Click here to find our FAQs section on our website to get step by step instructions on how to get started using the app. ** Please check the schedule daily for updates as to what classes will be offered via Live Stream. 

As a small business we are doing our best to keep the doors open, keep people safe, and take care of our ALTAR teachers. Please consider showing up for classes for the health and well being of yourself, our community and your ALTAR teachers. ** Our nervous systems speak to each other, when we choose these practices for ourselves, we are contributing to less stress in our homes and our community. Let’s thrive through this together.** Consider this a long term relationship and the value of classes over the lifetime of your time with us. 

Remember to take care of yourself. Continue to do the things that bring you a sense of calmness and joy. It is especially important to do so now-to take care of your body, mind and soul.
